Absolutely nothing more you could do than you already did. You cushioned the ball down nicely and got it on target. Getting past a keeper of Martinez's experience and quality is always going to take something special. Hold your head high, Garang!
Martinez got lucky. He just threw his hands wide and made himself big. Earned his luck I suppose, but its still luck. On another day that goes in and Australia lose on pens.

It hits his arm an inch or so lower it goes in, so very unlucky was a great save. Could he of pulled it back to Hrustic?, maybe but it's a split second decision.
