Arteta hasn't even TRIED to exploit Kiwior's playmaking/long through-balls yet, hopefully we can see more of them feeding Havertz & Martinelli behind oppo defences in this run-in.
It’s funny how people were writing off transfers such as havertz and kiwior as flop are the ones that starting to blossom and fully integrate in the team

No offense to Zinchenko but I think we are all pretty aware how weak our left side was defensively. That change plus the additon of Rice/Havertz pressing machines have made us so hard to play through.
Thank's for this movie. I'am fan Arsenal from Poland and I see how Polish fans don't appreciate Kiwior. Completely not seeing that the problem is that all our coaches in Poland play ugly defensive football for example Probierz.
If i'm not mistaken kiwior broke the record of Walcot speed in training,jumpa etc..Hes taller than zinny even better
Kiwior is so good and comfortable on the ball than many people realize.
I dont understand why anybody would have written Kiwior off two months ago. He was brought in as a backup for Gabriel, not as a fullback. The only reason he's playing there is cause we got 3 fullbacks injured, he has hardly gotten a game in central defense but never looked awful when he got the chance. Even if he hadnt been as good at LB as he has been these past weeks it wouldnt really be that much of a let down. Huge probs to the player, the manager and the coaching staff for making it work
Kiwior Reduced the goal scoring on Arsenal from left back from his starting time after Zinchenko's injury.Those balls that there from left especially from Salah is unfair.Kiwior should also improved not to exits his position as he did with Fulham match
One of my favourite things about Kiwior is the pace with which he passes. Whilst someone like Zinchenko and Tomiyasu look a lot more comfortable inverting from left back, the pace with which Kiwior fires his passes must feel so liberating for someone like Martinelli because those fractions of a second are the difference between him getting doubled up on by the defence. I love the variety and options we have of breaking teams down this season!
I feel like Gabriel magalhaes hesitate to pass the ball to kiwior. Anyone else feels like me or it it's tactical decision

Timber has a lot of work to do to supplant Kiwior.
He gives away too many balls and he’s slow.. I’m scared that he and Ben white’s lack of pace will soon be exploited, especially in the champions league
Arteta has to keep playing him! Defence is solid with him in there.
I think the unsung hero role suits him. I don't think he is a better player than his rivals. But his attributes suit arsenal more. For me he is first choice. Martinelli seems to get more involved when paired with Kiwior.

Kiwior has been great in the role. Just makes you wonder if we should go out in the summer and try to get Bastoni to play in that position. His crossing is next level.

Ben white used to be a center back but Arteta turned him into one of the best right backs in the world right now. He is easily there in top 10 in the world. Kiwior can also turned into a good left backs who knows. He is better than zinchenko in terms of defence. It’s all about tactics and vertality of the players.

Kiwior keeps getting himself into good scoring positions. That’s not luck. Liverpool he had an open header in the box, same with the match against SheffUnited. He’s assisted and scored a few on the second half this season. He’s been class for what? 20m? Tidy business from Asna
Personally I think his short passing needs work but there’s a brilliant defender in there. That’s exciting IMO
If he can improve on heading power and accuracy, he’ll become another secret weapon for us. We’ve seen a few instances where he just popped up in the box without the defenses even noticed him and make attempts. I think he has similar vision to Havertz in the way that he knows where to be to create a chance. Very promising indeed! 🤩
One thing i noticed, and something I expect to happen against City, is who rotated into the double pivot. When Jorginho is there, either Rice, Martinelli, White or Odegaard goes there. They may decide who goes there based on who is getting constantly man marked. But more interestingly, is Saliba and Jorginho rotating between them in that position. I remember last season, when City boxed out Partey and Zinchenko because those were the two guaranteed pivots, but now it’s going to be almost impossible to simple mark anyone, because of the amount of rotations into that position/space.
This guy is overrated. Soon arsenal fans will put him under bus.
No offence Zinny out for now till further notice. That left side has become solid. Zinny is very weak and cannot recover. His marking is very bad ,no aggression he cost us a lot last season him and Jesus. Too many touches on the ball slowing everything down! I promise you ,that one touch done by Kiwior if it was Zinny or Jesus they would have made a mess.
Crazy how we have such a good CB partnership in Saliba & Gabriel & have 3 quality versatile players who can also play CB in White Kiwior & Tomi – Arteta putting them in the full-back position shows his progressivness imo – long gone are the days of Mustafi, Squillaci or Sokratis ❤

Curious to see if or when Vieira will experience the Arteta effect ? He’ll likely have to wait till next season as Odegaard is just too good to drop. Same goes for Smith Rowe?
Clearly not as good on the ball as Zinny or maybe Tomi, but there's a lot to be said for a lad that keeps it simple and sticks to the job at hand. Remember how solid our defence was when Flamini covered there!
