yes this particular decision was incorrect. also, liverpool suffered worse injustice twice already this season vs spurs & arsenal as both matches were decided against them by blatant referee mistakes.

Ref gave forest a drop ball which should have gone to Liverpool. Its not the refs fault you don't score .it's not the refs fault for your players time wasting. It's not the refs fault for time adding to the extra time .
