  1. I think it's wise to wait until May. I think his future should be measured and determined on the following:

    — Champions League qualification (This is a goal from the beginning of the season).

  2. Man.u players need to be accountable. No manager, even Pep, could make them play great football. They are useless, lazy and arrogant. Sacking the manager won't do anything to better the club. We need a whole re-shuffle of the squad, selling players like Rashford who have been crap for sooo long!

  3. The board need to get a more technical director of football, agree a style of play with the board and new CEO, and agree roadmap to get there. Only then judge the manager on his ability to stay on this agreed path. Right now the only long term strategy United have is CL qualification and compete for title, and nothing more granular than that. I hope they get Ashworth as between him and Brailsford there is enough sense to do this properly at last

  4. Bloody hell Man Utd topics are worse than listening to our member of parliaments since Fergie left, no one knows what they are doing, every thing is back to front, then Sir Jim has sorted this mess which will take years I'm not listening much more as getting nothing but bored and missed off with problems and screw ups.

  5. Ragnick came in midseason and it was a disaster. So why fire Ten before season end. Its a combination of bad buys and no team systems. The new CEO and DOF should decide Tens fate.

  6. It's shocking to see players who are legend of the club comes out with shitty opinion like this. "Man Utd doesn't have the style of play" ofcourse they dont because we are still having players who were brought in by previous managers and you expect them to evolve and play for this manager. City and Liverpool clear out all the deadwood and brought in quality player meanwhile Man Utd having a squad with deadwood and quality both in mixed.

  7. No manager except for maybe LVG has been able to implement a style other than counter attacking. Ralf ragnick tried to use his style and he gave up after a few times and called for major changes. Unless utd get new players, many in the current group can't do it. I say keep ETH and find him better players

  8. Gary needs to be stopped. His agenda on his own beloved club is skewed by his diary of the CEO mindset. He put Kane on corners and judges with no leg to stand on as a manager. Yes its been a tough season with unacceptable results (especially at home) but our squad has been unlucky with injuries and when we have had the first choice 11, we have seen some decent glimpses of play.

  9. I think ETH is a narcissist with no real relationship with players ….. too busy with his relationships with his ego an his mirror.
Yes, there have been lots of injury issues …. what is the root cause?
ETH has no Plan B and is devoid of ideas as to how to use the ATTRIBUTES OF THE PLAYERS HE HAS.

  10. So much blame gets put on whoever is the manager of United at the time. The fact is the players don't care. They're all on ridiculous wages. Whether they win or not they're still picking up their 300k a week. Ten Hag was praised at his previous for being great, same with Van Gaal. Mourinho didn't exactly have a bad record of being a manager either but somehow when they go to Manchester United they become the problem. Man Utd fans state that City have bought their success, which is true but lets not pretend United haven't pumped hundreds and hundreds of millions into their players too. The only difference is United are paying way over the market value for relatively poor players or players who were good a few seasons ago.

  11. How can any human being keep quite and not bite back in any aspect of life yet alone in professional football when everyone seems to be at your back from day one? The pundits & football media have been on 10 Hags neck ever since he walked into the Manchester United football club. Yes 10 Hag hasn't helped himself with the likes of Antony and his team selections of late but just as sick as Manchester United is a entire football club, 10 Hag has been plagued with issues from day one but never forget with the issues of CR7, Sancho, De Gea the football we played in 10 Hags first season was immense! Caraboa Cup winners, Europa League Semi Final , F.A Cup final, 3rd in EPL? that all cant be for nothing and a one season wonder fluke.

The drop off has been from playing so many games last season, look at Liverpool the season before and the same thing happened to Liverpool, to many games in a season and they had a drop off. United coming into this season with the injuries that has persisted has been the utter downfall and not having quality replacements in the depth of that squad to fulfill places in that squad. Especially LISANDRO MARTINEZ! head and shoulders the best Manchester United player in that starting XI and they've missed him so badly this season.

A good manager who excelled in his first season even with the exception of over achieving at Manchester United does not become a bad manager at Manchester United over night.

  12. Can’t help but see jealousy in Nev’s eyes more and more daily, eTH is every bit a utd manager which Neville never was … ofcourse eTH got some calls wrong, especially with his signings but he got many right too, whether it’s the growth of our young players or the Sancho-Rashford-Ronaldo situation … he had been tremendously unlucky with losing his top form players to injuries at the worst possible time and with all the situation with ownership as well as greenwood-antony issues … we need to cut some slack to Erik

  13. Gary should not be a pundit in england, rather head to Spain coz all he does it spread negative views without the consideration of giving managers time, it took Klopp 5 years before he was seeing any results. For a club he "loves" he's very critical towards the club, rather provide guidance internally than to go out and share negative reviews

  14. Saw this cycle with van Gaal, Mourinho, Ole, Rangnick, and Ten Haag. A brief lift lasting at most twelve months and then a return to mediocrity, sacking. Rinse and repeat. It isn't the manager. The problems run deeper.

  15. Look, Ten Hag hasn't been good enough, that's pretty obvious, but United's squad simply isn't good enough either. It's feels bizarre to say this, but I can 100% truthfully say I wouldn't take a single player from that United 11 at Liverpool and I don't think city or Arsenal would either; changing the manager yet again isn't going to change the fact that their squad is nowhere near good enough to compete for a title.
