Lazio’s Sergej Milinković-Savić has featured in transfer gossip columns on the continent for the best part of four years.
The Serbian midfielder has long been linked with a move to some of Europe’s most elite clubs – Manchester United, Internazionale, Milan and Juventus to name but a few – yet, until now, Lazio have managed to keep hold of their star.
2020 could be the year that changes though with Milinković-Savić excelling as a complete box-to-box midfielder for Simone Inzaghi’s side, who are looking to upset rivals Juventus and Inter and claim a first Serie A title since 1999/2000.
