In the interest of Giroud, he should go to Spurs. He has already burned his bridges at Arsenal anyway, so for him it makes perfect sense with him wanting to stay in London and get game time ahead of the Euros. The other teams that are in for him, won't give him the service he'd need or the champions league football. But like Michael said, Chelsea will not want to strengthen a rival, so nay chance of that one happening.
