      The problem with Ferdinand's argument in the first place is this:
      1) Saka has been carrying Arsenal on his back for four or more years
      2) If the champions league is the metric for measuring world class then Kane isn't world class then.
      The problem with Ferdinand,Keown and the rest of these d****b pundits is not even realizing one is a right winger and the other is CAM.

      Foden has proven, Saka has not yet, Its again a City player on the needle of so called pundits, I have not seen foden's bad form yet, Saka , last season there was a Patch, and THis season also he was not perfect in major part of season… Foden has proven to the most ruthless manager , and has fought for his place, saka has never been challenged and kept playing whether in good form or in bad form… Still he needs to prove many things.. If Foden was in Man utd or Liverpool or Arsenal , he would have beend world class and blah blah… BUt since part of City , he will get stick..

      How poor, City players cristism is on world class and third class players, the way they are playing consistently , that is ignored… No players play consistent like city players since 7-8 years… and still they need mercy of so called pundits to become best and better conversaion… Sometime i wonder, entire city team should move to spain , where they will get recognisation as a footballers and team that is worldclass… England dont deserve this mentallity as they cant digest football…

      He’s the third highest value player in world football. Granted, a lot of that has to do with his age and the fact he’s English, however Foden is English too and they’re a year apart in terms of age

      And yes i would buy this if it was about one winger Salah and Foden, no doubts Salah is playing on consistent level, and he is better then foden, but Saka and Foden , common, which cheap weed you smoke Martin….

      Talksports has the most Pundits and Journalist who hates City team , Manager and Players … THey have so much Poison against City , i dont know how they cant appreciate great football… Italians, Spanish, Germans and Other Europeans are fear to face city , english team since long time dominating europe , and yet they are biting their nails here….

      Foden doesn't have the physical attributes that Saka has. If he get half as much kick Saka gets, I assure you he would break physically and maybe even mentally. While foden is more technically, playing in a team outside of city I can't see him putting up the numbers saka is putting up at arsenal. I just think holistically saka is a better athlete and this will enable him to have a more sustained career. One of the reason pep doesn't play foden over sustain period is because of this.

      ahead as a diver. i think i speak for majority of football fans, that saka is the worst cheat in the league. he screams like nigeria has been nuked everytime someone near him. the default action for him is if the ball is getting away from him he would cry in pain to buy fouls. the referees need to wise up

      Foden is the more rounded player in my opinion and the more skillful. But most Arsenal fans think they got the best players in the world at every position so you just have to let them think that.

      Saks is not better. Different player but for me Foden reads the game better, and can adapt better to adversity. Saka if he’s not dominating goes missing. Foden never ever goes missing.

      LOOOL how can any sane person or person with any football knowledge disagree with this opinion. YES, Phil Foden is good.. but stats and impact on games suggest Saka is the better player.

      Firstly: When comparing players you can never compare trophies to one cus that is out of the players control but the numbers wont lie. Here is why Saka is better than Foden: 
      At 19 saka HAD to be the man whilst at the same time Foden got to not rush with minutes and learnt from Silva, KDB, Augero and SO MANY world class players 
      3 consecutive years form 19 Saka has had 20+ G/A seasons with some awful players like Ceballos, Bellerin, Mustafi etc all loosing him games. 
      22yrs old Saka already has 100 G/A in 210 appearances. Thats insane to put it in context Ronaldo, yes CR7 at man utd "world class" people said with the same appearances Saka has better G/A which PROVES if he went to Man City he would double those numbers. 
      People do not rate/give Saka respect cus he is at Arsenal. Guarantee if hes at City, Chelsea or Utd the media is saying hes the best talent last 20yrs this country has produced just like theyre saying about Belligham after 16 games (due to Real Madrid PR)
      Now look at foden only 2 starts at Eruos, Saka had more MOTM awards (3) than Foden has starts. Foden best season with KDB, Augero, Bernardo, Mahrez etc is LESS G/A then Saka WORST season. Internationally and for club saka has better stats then foden. When comparing players you can never compare trophies to one cus that is out of the players control but the numbers wont lie

      Keown said Saka is ahead of Foden not better and he quantified that with 'For England on the Right' and I'd agree. He is a right winger and very good at it. Foden is more suited to a central role but his football IQ and technical ability allows him to play anywhere. Foden is a better footballer than Saka for me, with a higher ceiling but that doesn't mean Saka isn't a great player or can't be world class in his own right some day. Since there aren't that many world class right wingers around to choose from, then the bar has been lowered from where it used to be and you could argue he already is there for that reason. Foden has had to come through in a team that had David Silva, KDB, Gundogan, Bernardo Silva in his preferred position. He has performed well wherever he has been asked to play, if he hadn't Pep wouldn't have been playing him. Look at what Palmer is doing now, the standards for Pep and this City team keep getting overlooked in these silly premature(they are both still developing) comparisons. They aren't even the same type of players and it's sad how England fans do this from both sides of it. One being a better footballer than the other(someone has to be) doesn't render the other overrated by default. One being more experienced in their favoured position at this moment isn't set in stone either because they are still developing and potential isn't always realized(injuries, personal life and all sorts of things can factor). People never learn though so there's no point trying to talk sense.
