it’s very promising to look at the depth we have now (assuming everyone is fit). haven’t heard the name solomun in a while and i would imagine he is on his way back. I thought he was a bright player for the short time he played. the options upfront for starting and coming off the bench seem much better now. after a couple more windows the potential is very high for success.

Ange is big on attitude and anyone he doesn’t see the right attitude from gets frozen out. Tanguy and Djed are prime examples of this and i doubt we’ll ever see them anywhere near the first team.
I think we need to give Ange a lot of credit for doing this and not caving in to the pressure that must be there to try and integrate these players.
AP strikes me as not someone that will ever pick someone who isn’t playing as well as they were or based on previous performances. I think everyone feels that they have a chance to play based upon their performances and if they fit in the team

No surprise that the 2 players to survive from poch era have fantastic mentality. I don’t get people that don’t like Davies. If you google squad player that’s a manager’s dream Ben Davies will appear on your screen. I played football at a decent level . Every team needs players like Davies and Emerson! Players that give everything and are willing to sacrifice themselves for the good of the team !

I find it confusing that everyone seems to think spurs won’t have anymore injuries and full squad from February onwards. All the evidence suggests otherwise. I think it’ll continue to happen until we have a better organised pre-season this summer. I’d like Spurs to invest in their internal medical team. I don’t think we really need to outsource as much as we do. I’m sure Ange is all over that !!
