Friend of mine attends all games, he says the biggest difference is Pope shouts ALL the time helping the defence out!
My worry with pope is he's dislocated his shoulder twice now how is this gannin ta effect his game mentally in respect of diving to save shots very worrying!🤔

Nothing wrong with Martin's shot-stopping, but he is glued to his line. The rare time he comes out (against Forest) he gets it woefully wrong. You can see Botman's fustration with him in recent games.
I love Pope, but to say he's a better "sweeper keeper" is crazy. Neither of our keepers are. Pope is a better shot stopper, Dubravka is 300% better with the ball at his feet. I would let Dubravka move on but I'd keep Karius, we don't want to waste money on a keeper we don't need to sign

Hopefully we buy a new keeper in the summer.. Popes dislocated shoulder twice now.. Wil happen again.. Needed a keeper b4 his injury… As he cant kick or punch… Id clear all 4 keepers out in summer

That analysis is too linear…Newcastle had plenty of screw ups starting with Trippier…you can blame dubravka…if you are blind

Honestly he's the first choice but he'll have to work hard and improve on flexibility around ball clearence and accurancy, its an area of confidence in Martin dubravka👌👌🖤🤍🖤🤍
