00:00 Intro
00:10 Unique and special to be here, for me as a player is nice to be here, I’m very excited to start
1:20 I don’t know the impact we will have with the A C in the stadiums, the weather is not too bad, Russia was also hot and the Euros in was hot in England as well
2:30 on Infantino, on the politics generally in Qatar: “I carry the values given to me by my family. I carry those values but at the same time, I respect everywhere I go. I’ve been here for a very short time. It is important to live it but obviously a lot of disappointing things happened”
Dier says what happened in the building of the stadiums is a ‘terrible situation’ but ‘we as players have no influence on this situation.’ Points to the fact that he was 16 when Qatar was awarded World Cup. He says the players should speak about their values in a respectful way
6:00 I’m extremely proud to play the WC and represent my country
6:45 I’ve been playing in the middle for a long time, I can play in any position in the defence really
8:15 Advice for young players?
9:40 Not being in the team for a while after the Euros was tough, I tried to improve myself playing for Tottenham
11:00 One my best memories with the England shirt, the penalty shootout against Colombia, it was a special game for me
13:00 We have a great atmosphere in the hotel, we are extremely spoiled, extremely lucky for that, you need to have a good atmosphere to be successful in the tournament

  1. Bull shit.
Alcohol was meant to be available. The Qatar authorities made the decision at the last minute to not let alcohol be sold in and around the grounds two days ago. When it’s all to late for people to pull out etc or change their mind. Budweiser were told they could serve alcohol at and around the grounds. But then heard they couldn’t. Yet it’s ok to have alcohol I’d you’ve paid extortionate prices for a private box. It’s a joke. It’s absolutely imposing Islamic culture and laws on football fans and it’s all about using the World Cup for Qatar and fuck everyone else.
These footballers are all spineless cowards all getting aid too money but yo scared to speak truth. Pathetic bunch of wankers.
    But “ come on England “ 😂😂😂

  2. Any excuse is good not to spoil an already spoilt, boring world cup.
I hope it's a flop. Qatar can afford any flop.
We regular humans like alcohol, sex, drugs, dancing, women with short skirts and hair out in the wind….
Then you have other sub species of human who will bend over money anytime, at any condition.

  3. All reporters are just looking for scoop – always in the pursuit of creating a mountain out of molehill. One pathetic profession I say. Eric handled them perfectly though.

  4. it is true, alcohol is not needed in life, so does LGBT and hypocritical former colonizers talking about morals whereby some of them are totally immoral
