It was a double bait. MacAllister followed Kai and left space for Zinchenko's pass to Odegaard. Then Kai continued his run in behind the defence.
They didn't get the ref bias for those little bumps and kicks in pressing they usually do, and if Diaz isn't able to throw his body into people, he loses the ball a lot.

Only one to blame here is Trent, he knows he can't track back & win the ball, so why did he tried to press Zinchenko? This led to Konate trying to cover for Trent which left the space for Havertz to attack.
Trent should've just stayed with Martinelli. This geeza has some great passing & other things which is vital but his defensive issues always let the team down. Szobo covers for him EVERY SINGLE GAME
