Arteta is right you don't necessarily need the armband to be a good leader on the pitch. It's more important to have multiple leaders/characters in the dressing room than the name of the individual wearing the armband. Henry said Viera was actually a laid back captain who didn't have to do much because had multiple strong characters in the dressing room
I have an idea for the Premier League to completely shut down the Super League.
Play the Play-Off format similar to the Belgian League where after matchday 30 teams are split into 3 groups and points are divided by half:
-Play-Off 1 where the top 6 teams play each other twice to determine the league winner
-Play-Off 2 to determine who qualifies for 1 Europa League spot and the Conference League
-Play-Off 3 to determine relegation
