    ‘Chelsea have opened talks with Sevilla over the signing of Jules Koundé, having made the French centre-back their top defensive target this summer.

    Koundé is considered one of the best central defenders in La Liga and was part of the France squad for the European Championship this summer. The 22-year-old has a release clause of €80m (£68.4m) and is open to a move to England as he is keen to play in the Champions League next season. The two clubs have commenced negotiations, although Chelsea are not prepared to pay the release clause’. – The Guardian

      Why not play him? That’s how stars like Messi, Mbappé, Haaland are made. They play at the highest level. It’s babying them a bit if you ask me. That’s why all the best players are outside of Europe, because they’re always playing their homegrown talent

      Kounde- top flight experience in Ligue 1, La Liga, and UCL….but somehow is similar to Guhei who’s had a couple good seasons in the championship. Cmon with the English bias. Kounde levels apart

      I'm kinda sad to see Kurt Happy Zouma go.. He's such a positive character, highest scoring CB in the league without even being a regular starter, physically built like a tank.. I will miss him.

      Swapping Zouma + 35M for Kounde is a great deal for both partied. Taking in mind Thiago and Azpi's age, Kounde is an invesment for our future. COYB!!!

      On Broja, I really think it depends on whether or not we sign a new striker in the next few weeks. If we don't I do think we can use the optionality of having him as a third striker (to Timo and Tammy probably), but if we have Haaland come in Broja is going to have little to none playing time and should definitely be loaned out so that he can develop.

      Kounde is galakticos signing, really? High profile player, really? He did play 2 games for France, that's it. I can keep my mouth shut just because Tuchel wants him, if it is true, I doubt, but I can't listen when everyone talking about little kid like he is real deal. We don't know how good he is going to be. In PL there is more likable when defender is tall and strong. How many times fans were not happy with Azpilicueta because he is not tall? I prefer C. Romero instead of Kounde. 23 years old Argentinian, cheaper, taller, stronger, was voted best Serie A defender last season. But what I know, let's all follow one gossip and sing prices about young boy.

      Kounde will be a Azpi replacement when he leaves Broja could get some game time in the early rounds of cup games but a championship or premier league loan is most likely

      So Kounde cant do things that real centerbacks do. And Zouma can. Yeah this trade makes so much sense. Not sure how you don't remember Christenson makes catastrophic mistakes…and then makes them worse when trying to fix them…*sigh*…but I watch your channel everyday! I am a Football Therapy fan!

      UPDATE: My source have revealed that Dortmund have received Chelsea bid for Haaland and are quite satisfied. But Dortmund will hold out for 48 to 72 hours because it is highly suspected that Man City will enter the race to sign the striker. Man City and spurs seem to be in deadlock over Kane's price tag and City are look for alternatives. It's suspected that they may enter the race to sign Haaland which could spark a bidding war which Dortmund would be quite fond of. Stay tuned…

      Why waste the 80 million euros when we can add another 80 million euros and push for Halland because we have very good we defenders in Andreas, Ruediger, Silva and Cesar

      Broja looked amazing, he's come on leaps and bounds since his 1st team debut. Sad to see Tammy literally chomping at the bit to get off the field, guess he's going then.

      Firstly. Congratulations, on 130k. Secondly, Armandon Broja should stay at Chelsea and ply his trade in the prem. You can just see, he is a very good. Did more in one half than Tammy has over the last few games,m I've seen him play. No disrespect to Tammy but Broja doesn't muscled off the ball. I know it was a championship team but the way he took his goal, his first touch is better than Tammys' and Lukakus'.
