So we've sold a striker and brought in Dennis as a winger when we need a striker. We've loaned a central midfielder and are not signing a replacement even though we need a defensive midfielder. Weird. Is the story about Dennis and his profile just a BS story to cover the fact that he didn't want to sign him in the summer for other reasons? Something doesn't add up. We were told it would be one in one out. Now it sounds like we are trying to offload players like Ince and Porteus as well with no replacements line up. The Dennis news was huge but obviously a gamble. The rest seems suspicious and looks like Dennis is a sticking plaster for further cost cutting.
