  1. That was great instruction. My issue sometimes is without me realising as my golf round gets to later holes I lose proper rotation. Its like my muscle memory can't get back to good rotation and weight transfer which really frustrates me. Its probably my age and when I get tired maybe I feel stiffer in the movement of my swing. Any suggestions to help me out? Would appreciate your advice.

    Found your video afterwards, but you explain it quite well. I find by maintaining my spine angle, it helps me "clear" my hips during transition.
