Don't think it's a penalty personally Bitton is the man on the ball and Storey elects to not go for said ball instead forcing his leg in front of Bittons leg. He then proceeds to theatrically tumble to the ground. Bitton didn't make a challenge if anything Storey did. He's fishing for preferential treatment from Dallas. Surprised he didn't give it, never been the best referee, and considering certain opinions his father has its surprising it wasn't a penalty and a sending off
You have to be 100% sure for a penalty and that wasn't an easy call so I'm not convinced. If you watch from 1:53 it could look like he dived from the referees angle. If he hadn't made a meal of it then it MIGHT have been given.
