  1. Hell yeah ! Gio looks happy and he will thrive here can't wait for you guys to see what all us USMNT fans have known for a while now. Gio is fun to watch and will win you games !

  2. I swear, I could weep at the shambles surrounding our keeper situation

This would be a very underwhelming signing and someone who I donโ€™t think is the answer

If this is what it is, then Iโ€™m 70% resigned for relegation this season – points deduction or not ๐Ÿ™

  3. Gio seems excited, and that's great, part of the battle. However, the hope is that he didn't opt for this move purely on emotions, whether from bad ones associated with his current situation at Dortmund or the appeal of playing in the Premier (or a historical club like Nottingham). One glaring obstacle that's fundamental here is that relegation scraps usually don't bode well for the style of play Gio brings which emphasizes possession over the win-at-all costs that relegation scraps tend to be. I hope he makes an immediate and consistent impact which will be necessary here.

  4. He hasnโ€™t got much time to make an impression , heโ€™s had two seasons out with injury and hasnโ€™t been able to force his way into the Dortmund side. I hope for the best but my expectations are on the low side. I hope Iโ€™m wrong.
