  1. Henry says the player with the most pure football IQ he saw was KDB, not Messi , that says a lot. I suggest you to see the interview he explains it perfectly that sometimes he sees things that even really good players don't see

  2. Outside od England and Belgium he gets way too little credit. Everyone's screaming about Bellingham now like KDB doesn't exist. Don't get me wrong, I know that there's a huge age gap. Bellingham's great and what he's doing at his age for such an important club and country's amazing. But De Bruyne has been the best midfielder in the world since 2021 and is currently one of the three best along with Mbappé and Haaland. Also Mbappé plays in a far inferior league. Many people are tired of hearing that argument but it's not an argument it's a fact.

  3. Two things that this video doesn't show is his willigness to help out others when his team doesb't have the ball and that ovver the years he has emerged and asserted himself as a leader.

  4. Well, I hear he couldn't defend. What is defending ? If we are talking about doing the press after the ball is lost to recover it quickly, he does it. If we are talking about long run to cover a teammate, he needs to be fully in shape to do it but if you look closely you will find he can some games.
Ali tu peux nous faire une vidéo sur l'aspect défensif de Kevin stp ? 🙂

  5. For me, it's obvious that the pillars of an ideal midfield nowadays are Bellingham and De Bruyne. And another third one that you want to choose. For me, Bellingham and De Bruyne are the two best midfielders in the world today.

About De Bruyne specifically, who is the object of analysis in the video: a genius… pure and absolute genius! A monster, one of the best midfielders in technical terms I've ever seen and one of the most consistent players ever. Living legend!

  6. De bruyne is going to be remembered as the midfielder who revolutionized the attacking midfielder position the way he is moving the ball forward with such creativity makes him the best in his position

  7. Most complete? No way. Where are his defensive contributions? Interceptions/ tackles etc.? Modric is the most complete midfielder in the last 15 or so years.

KDB might be the best AM in recent history. A fit Kaka was better though, performed everywhere.

  8. KDB is not complete but he has the best vision and precision and power with both legs of all time. If he had speed and defensive skills he would be the best middlefielder of all time.

  9. He is the best, people only say modric because it is better for a top team to have players who can control the game rather than create, because most top teams already have creative players, but yes kdb is obviously a better footballer. Like mancity can win the title without him, but not rodri or Fernandinho, does that mean they are better- obviously not

  10. The debate for the best midfielder ever is not easy because everyone could do everything, but each specialized in their own strengths:

KDB and pirlo: pass technique and accuracy
Xavi and busquets: composure and beating the press
    scholes and alonso: long passes
    Kaka and iniesta: dribbling
    platini and lampard: goal scoring
    modric: and Gerrard: shooting
    juninho and beckham: free kicks
Cruyff and zidane: elegance and playmaking

  11. He is such an effective player and super intelligent everything you want in a teammate people talk about Messi or Ronaldo as a generational player but the truth is he also falls in that category I’ve never seen anyone ball like him so unique
