Arsenal doesn't have a recall option for Tavares. We can't sell him while he's on loan so that story is BS at least for this window. Next summer we can bin him off to Marseille.
If Newcastle have to sell because of the FFP and we need a stop gap striker how about Callum Wilson as I can't see Isak coming in before the summer.

Zirkzee would be a very interesting addition to Arsenal. He looked like the next big thing for a while there at Bayern, and I couldn't understand why they shipped him off. Given Bayerns hit and miss with player transfers lately, it's a good chance they made a mistake here. He could be exactly what you need as a good backup (and future starter) for Jesus.

I just wonder why no one ever talk about Aston villa forward Watkins. He is more aggressive and know how to position himself as a forward. I strongly believe he is the right fit for Arsenal striking force.
