Offer him a new contract one more year playing and then enroll him for his coaching badges at cobham because he is a natural leader, if he can learn English I feel that he would settle well for many years at chels but he may have ambitions to return and finish in Brazil but I hope he stays with us in some capacity at the very least for another year
