Wherever Thiago Silva heads to next, he has helped Chelsea during our darkest hours and our darkest days. Will he be heading back to Brazil as a coach or one more run in the Serie A Brasileiro? Will he be playing one season at the MLS maybe for Montreal Impact? Or will he return to France in a coaching role knowing that he is a dual citizen of Brazil & France? We shall see. But whatever happens, muito obrigado.

Promes is still playing for Spartak Moscow and there is no extradition agreement between Russia and the Netherlands so he could face no jail time at all…he was already convicted of stabbing his cousin and he never showed up for court for that or the drug charge.

I feel bad for Belmadi, and of course for every algerian fan around the world (you guys' pain pains me). He's not only a top coach but he's also a good person with so much humility and respect! I'll never forget his good wishes for moroccans after the earthquake that hit us (and also his words regarding our world cup). I wish him the absolute best! It's not his entire fault, it's a combination of bad refereeing and some players letting him down like Zerrouki. They will rise again, I'm sure of it! The next afcon isn't far away. Also I'm sure that he'll come out of this stronger than ever, and hopefully we'll see him again as a coach of Algeria and why not Morocco or Tunisia some day. Much love to you Belmadi! 💚
