Excuses excuses… that was a horrible performance. Poor substitutions. Arnold is kidding himself.
Unless we start to play positive and intelligent football and start taking the few chances we create, any other excuse does not carry. Noone cares how old or how internationally experienced the individual players are, it is the end result that matters.

Australia dodged a bullet there, really should have been a loss. We need to play more convincing than what they have shown so far.

Tilio coming in at 90 mins is ridiculous, he also created more in his time than the whole team did in 90 mins.
Arnie no tactics again, only luck. Six touches by players in midfield is four too many. It's bland one-dimensional football at it's worst.

Two shots on target from the field in two games is pathetic. No movement off the ball, stupid passes from the back third got us in trouble for the umpteenth time and some very poor finishing. Add a very lucky penalty and we should have lost. Uzbekistan were much the better team.
why did he continue to play if he hit the opponent's hand? He even passed the ball to his partner.
People should remember Asia is getting stronger, we don't have any players in a top league

I agree some of the subs and lack of attacking intent is concerning
Problem is we have no quality, first touch is terrible, only one maybe who has a first touch is Fornaroli and he as a player was formed in South America . There is obviously no system of play, they play whatever happens happens . we have decent players , but none really are playmakers or at an international level. too many school boy mistakes from professional footballers , Uzbeks created nothing , all their chances came from Socceroo errors. Arnold is a great motivator but lacks technical ability as a coach . Australia is good when they are the underdogs but when they have to create the play, they lack ideas
If GA thought that was an exceptional performance god help us if we play poorly in his eyes! He is trying to keep ‘experienced’ players happy … he watched a completely different game from me! He is interviewing like a politician … the excuses are being lined up! 🤷
