So they decided to pretend they had scored a goal, which the Palace supporters could at least appreciate.

  1. i'm a lifelong liverpool fan, and i'm accustomed to an expectation of success. naturally, i get frustrated when my team don't win. in this past year or so i've tried to imagine what it's like to be a supporter of one of the league's usual doormat teams. now, THAT is dedication and love. THAT level of commitment is to be envied.

  2. What a superb goal! The brilliant fake in the volley, the wonderful head pass, and one of the greatest bicycle kick in Premier League history! Will truly be one on the greatest of all time!
