  1. The title was decided the moment this guy got injured. That said, 24 wins from 25 is just crazy consistent so the title would still probably be going to Liverpool, City would've just been a little closer to them if he hadn't got injured.

  2. It's funny how people didn't really rave about this guy before his injury. I remember, because I've always thought he was awesome, even before joining city he was one of my favourites, especially as he played for bilbao and all that represents. When I tried to make that point, even to city fans, everyone was like "meh". Now people need an excuse to bash liverpools amazing season and are saying "oh yeah, a cb and winger are out of citys team, that's made it easy for you".

  3. He is Basque I think. Basque from French Basque country. But he grew up in Bilbao for most of his childhood. That's why his English has such a strong Spanish accent.
