Ehh.. I think this is a critique on the Australian League more than anything.
1. The defender is never putting him off balance. It's not the easiest thing on planet earth, but a lot less people can shoot zingers on the run with an elbow in their gut than without.
2. For once I understand England hammering home "don't leave the near post." It's easier to shoot at an angle closer to the path of your run. He's trigger happy, and he can shoot rockets, but he's not gonna be getting the shots the Aussie's are letting him take.
3. I didn't see one second of passing. I see him running through soft defenses and putting shots on target.
