  1. FOR ENGLAND, Jordan is a good, central midfield option who adds more to the stability of the team than most. He's a leader and when you're taking many young players to a tournament for the first time that's important.
I don't want the likes of Foden and Rashford, for example, to be the leading examples of the team in most public settings off the pitch.
Providing he's fit he's got plenty more to offer than another unknown being factored in.

  2. Football players should play for the fans not for themselves. The fans for the saudi club deserved better. No one forced him to go. He made the choice. When you listen to him talk its always about me me me. Its all about himself not the fans. He chose saudi for the money; chose netherlands to save taxes for the money from the saudis; takes up a spot on the england squad even though he is way to slow to keep up. Was a great before, but not anymore.

  3. Nobody is doubting Jordans ability and right to put on that England shirt. They are doubting that he is competing at a competitive level enough to push out other players playing in the best league in the world.

Henderson was the best player at Southgate first tournament but he hardly started a game after that tournament until he moved to Saudi…

  4. For a 33 year old player Ajax is a good choice. Ajax only plays half the matches as English clubs do. Amsterdam is a very nice city. Education for expat kids is well developed.

  5. We are a big club, great historie and now the worst year EVER..the eredivisie he can play on 80 percent…ots not strong…but we need a player like henderson..leader on and off the pitch.❌️❌️❌️

  6. Ajax!? One of the most hosticallly cultured stylish team in history, buying a midfield hod carrier!? He must have been very cheap, or Ajax must be in real trouble at the moment! Strangest Ajax signing ever for me!??😮

  7. Fastest selling shirt of all time! Thats fake PR strategy! Half Ajax fans are undecided whether its a gud move club! Hendetson selling more shirts than Ibramhmovich, Suarez, Seedorf, Kluivert, Van Basten! Yeah right!😂😂

  8. Why do ireland ,wales and france want to beat England? Because those countries have lost more games than they've won against England. England didn't beat Ireland for 20 years? How often did they play? How many did Ireland win? Why does ireland fill their team with plastic spuds if they're so great?

  9. I think why Henderson is big before even having trained at Ajax thus far is because we miss experienced players. We miss leadership in the field. So he is more than just a good player. Secondly, how many England internationals decided to come play in the Netherlands? So that a player of that stature WANTS to play here (he sure looked delighted in all the videos posted by Ajax) is HUGE for our league. In England you are used that great players from all over come to the EPL to play there. But for us it is more training and developing players for bigger leagues like EPL, Bundesliga, Serie A, La Liga or Ligue 1

  10. Ajax will get rid of hendo soon . Before the end of season . The rush will be on to find s club to get a few Weak English players match fit and get pickord a pair of gloves that catches and not push

  11. It's all about priorities and life choices. Henderson must have seen something in Saudi that reshuffled his priorities. Football should be low priority but governments need to distract the masses. Football fans are like sheep – the authorities use sport as a form of control. 2034 World cup to be held in Saudi, wake up people and get your priorities right.

  12. Its simple we desparately needed international experience, Henderson is that and than some. Unless they are Dutch or started their carreers here; international experienced players of his ilk dont come to Ajax and/or the Dutch league in general. That kind of experience is always hard to come by for us, so of course we are on cloud 9. Nor do we expect of him to solve all our ploblems, but he does solves our biggest and immediate problem; the lack of experience on our midfield. And not having a player who can show the prospects what it is to be a pro. He is the first piece of the puzzle, cause the club is still looking for two more international experienced players for both the offensive & defensive lines. Henderson was an oppertunity that presented itself, cause the plan was to try to secure the third spot (CL play-offs ticket), and start properly rebuilding the squad this summer. And what ever the " rainbow coalition" thinks really isnt our concern, plus it isnt like he killed somebody. We all make decisions in life that dont turn out the way we hoped it would. The exact same applies to " being hypocrite" , which we all are as well; all this fuss to me comes across more as people being petty.
