There was urgency and desire to push the ball forward unlike the Newcastle game where Newcastle did just that.

I disagree. Palmer's goal was so slow – I can walk faster than his shot. Onana had time to save it but he was slightly out of position.
British players carrying the team under Ten Hag. Rashford last season, Maguire and McTomminay this season
McTominay plays in midfield now exactly like a man who thinks "give me the ball and i'll score." His work rate around the midfield is non existent. Watch him – the responsibility of the tackle and the chase is always left to someone else, and I genuinely believe it's because of his desire for the goal.
If TH has him on the pitch to score, then play him further forward and drop Bruno into a more of a 6/8 role, at least he works and he'll make something happen with the ball.
It hinders his creative ability, but that's what covering for McTominay means.
They work hard against Chelsea, now do it against relegation fodder.

Maybe if he trusted these "fringe" players a lot more than we'd see these kind of results more….
Bruno needs ro be benched a lot more but he is the "captain"…

when it comes to McTominay, I'd rather change him into a makeshift ST in the dying minutes when we're in desperate need of a goal or if we happen to win a lot of set pieces. His energy, size, strength and attacking instinct is on point to punish tired legs so i wouldn't sell him as he can be an asset but i would never start him in midfield (unless injuries ofcourse)
Bournemouth is going to be a way tougher match than Chelsea, they are flying at the moment playing with great confidence unlike Chelsea.
Press high with the teams that are struggling/bottom 8.

I think now is the perfect time for Jadon Sancho to apologize.
hard to be too critical but shouldnt McT have scored more of the easier chances vs Chelsea….quite a few of them it was harder to hit the gk (who was very central in all chances) than actually score…yet McT found Sanchez every time….and against a better team (even marginally better than Chelsea) we could easily have lost that game because of this
The Chelsea goal was brilliant. I don't think anyone gets "blamed" for that.
I know that an important part of being a modern Man United "fan" is finding a way to slag off the players you don't like, but sometimes you just say, "Yeah, it was a good goal"
If Lindelhof or Maguire go for that in normal circumstances they over commit and lose shape and the opponent has a clear shot . The defence is closing the angle for a shot within a 90 degree angle in FRONT of Cole. A cut back shot with that power and accuracy is pretty bloody good. The shot came from nowhere and was inch perfect to squeeze between the tip of Onana's glove and the inside of the post.
It may be risky but we probably should cash in on Maguires current value in the January window. Perfect for a club like Everton if they can find 40 or 50M quid;
I’d say Amrabat started off a little headless chicken, running all over the show. Chelski could easily have scored a few as they simply played straight through us. Second half he was much better and he will hopefully build on this with extra confidence. Mctom did well but I think he flatters to deceive with his goals, which are clearly great for us. Bench man over a starter.
mctominay is like dele alli. good movement and finishing from late runs into the box. i know dele alli had alot more on the ball…
Amrabat played very well, and had a good game, all those people who are criticizing the guy need to calm down and give the guy a break, it is his first time in the PL, a new team mates, a new style of football, new country, new environment, lots of pressure, not an ideal time for him when he join the club, they sign his contract until the last minute, so making him feel as he was unwanted, so all these stuff will effect any human being, adding to that his happiness and trying to please the club and all these nationalities around him.❤
This has always been Scott you lot are just seeing it now. Not a great midfielder fair but he's got a goal in him and he is a gamechanger

Here's a couple of other things we learnt we don't need martial or rashford dalot is not a defender always out of position Shaw's position is left back not centre half requillon should play more Anthony is absolute rubbish and despite scoring still not good enough for United in midfield everyone is going over the top about him
I meant mctomacrap scoring and not being good enough for man utd can't play midfield and the reason he's scoring is because rashford and martial are rubbish holjund is still not ready and im not sure he will be for sometime we improved in this game but still not good enough
