  1. Listen ……we didn’t shell out £65m on a player to just get in the right spaces and provide assists. We bought him to score goals which he can’t do. Stop using we’re top of the league as an excuse for the fact he can’t score. Calling him out isn’t disrespect……it’s direct criticism which the world in general can’t take ! If he can’t start scoring soon then yes sell him !

  2. I think at this point anyone still freaking out about him missing chances is just worried about their poxy little group chat or idiots on twitter giving him stick, anyone with eyes can see that his overall game has improved massively this season and if he converts a few more chances here and there we would be pissing the league.

  3. Making fun of Darwin, and at the same time putting 100 million prize tag on Ivan Tony tells you enough.
Those of you who can't see how much Darwin contributes to the overall team performance need to open your eyes.

  4. He doesnt have a lot of technical ability, lacks close control and often composure.
Im not sure he can rectify those issues in order to be the world class forward that was first expected of him.

  5. Problem is with Nunez : he could be in the correct position all the time, but if he doesn't score…that could be the difference between a title or four…or no title at all.
He is a good player…no doubt about it, but sometimes I am left bewildered at his chances and misses.

  6. The fact that the entire front line can interchange is still our biggest strength imo.
Even Lucho as the 9 at the right times is a usable variation.
    Free moving front 3!

  7. Nunez is everywhere on the pitch thats another thing i think goes unnoticed. He tracks back to help in defence , u see him helping in the middle of the pitch to build up play, he attacks the left wing then all of a sudden u see him in the center of the box gettin on the end of chances and also he goes out on the right has well. I think all that goes unnoticed and definitely doesn't get the respect he deserves hes work rate is incredible

  8. As a Liverpool fan I love every player of our squad I have four players that I love much they are Darwin Nunez, Trent, robbo and Endo I'm big fan of them if Liverpool lose a match I don't watch social media I don't want to see our enemies criticising our players

  9. I see more people attacking fellow fans for giving any form of criticism to Darwin, no matter how mild. He's being protected as if he's Ronaldo at Madrid for some reason.
Personally I like the guy and would love nothing more than to see him prove everyone wrong, but I've never seen a Liverpool player coddled like a child by segments of the fanbase coming up with research papers on why you're "being a toxic hater" for pointing out the fact that our striker needs to score more goals.

  10. Watch the oppositions defence when he comes on. Their high press stops right away if we're under the gun. His very presence and speed changes the oppositions game, because of his pace and unpredictability.

  11. Darwin is a great player in terms of workrate and injecting fear in opposing backline but lets be real this isn't a case of "everyone misses sitters" his decision making infront of goal is awful in terms of shot selection, just blasting the ball with power isn't enough at this level.

  12. Nunez is a great signing! But making videos like this, just add more pressure, hes fine, hes got 18 goal contributions this season already, fans should look at mudryk and anthony, I NEVER SEE ANYONE call them flop, i know they play for rival teams but honestly his stats are fine. Once he starts finishing and gets his confience back he'll be fine. Btw I love that us as liverpool fans all back him, hearing anfield all shout nunez nunez makes me realise why I love this club so much, darwin will come good, I still rock my 27 darwin shirt. Its become such a good omen for me this year!

  13. Let's be honest he is a super sub. His best performances have been from the bench and he misses way too many chances. He was a bit unlucky at times against Fulham but he had been missing open goals in other games. Maybe the answer is to stick him on the wing and play Jota or Gakpo centrally more often. We could go 4:3:2:1. When we play in the return leg at Fulham I would definitely do the same again and bring him on rather than start him. It will be interesting to see how he is next season, I honestly think that might be a make or break season for him but much may depend on whether we can get Mo to stay.

  14. At the end of everything, Darwin has not done anything to make us lose. Infact he has made us better, I just love how everyone is trying to find problems with him or our team. We are top and fighting on all 4 fronts, Image he had this killer instant…we would be out of site and then people would still find a away to put us down. YNWA

  15. Let’s be honest, a big part of the reason he’s criticized so much is because he plays for Liverpool. If he had the same performances for another top 6 club, the media/social media wouldn’t be on his back near as much. Ppl hate what they can’t be.

  16. Il not have anyone talk shit, iv seen halaand miss way easier chances too. Leave darwin alone or criticise diaz and gakpo equally as harsh

  17. Nunez attempts things other strikers never try. I can’t count the number of times he’s taken a shot a yard from the goalkeeper. Seems to me other players are afraid of being clobbered but he’ll get into that position and give it a try. Agree with those who say we’ll look back on this period in shame that we doubted Klopp and Darwino.
