Interim CEO Derek Weir sat down to provide a detailed and most up-to-date package of information to supporters on a range of topics including the process of appointing a permanent Chief Executive, recruitment strategy, financial update, communications and use of pyro by supporters.
Although departing at the end of March, if not sooner depending on the timing of his successor, Derek Weir offers reassurance that the day-to-day running of the club still occurs seamlessly despite the transition off the pitch.
He discusses a range of issues raised by supporters in that past 12 months and beyond.

Doing these types of interviews is fantastic, it gives you the overall picture of what’s occurring. We should see a couple of these a season.
Some of the keyboard warriors on X and the forums could do worse than spent 40 minutes having their expectations managed by viewing this than making up conjecture and ranting on knee jerk responses. Too many have got into this 5 bad matches, change the gaffer mentality. You do that, the pool or applicants diminishes and is yet more upheaval. Interviews like this are measured and would be welcome more often. We've been hampered by a mixture of a below par transfer window, player injuries and loss of form by too many. Kinda knew it would be the case but …. 6 managers and assistants on the payroll at the same time …. offtttt.
Good interview gives supporters a better insight into what is involved in the day to day of running the club just not a matter of turning up on a Saturday
As an auld git, I can't understand that the club still use covid as an excuse to stop an ability to use cash at the gate. We maybe only lose a small amount of money at every home game cos of this, but after 50 odd years of going, I won't be back
I'd say media is certainly lacking from past times. Surely this can be done voluntarily? Let junior steel members interview players. Get a behind the scenes view of the staff and whats involved. Even sit down discussions with fans. Let fans (especially newer and far away fans) get to know the club and community around it. These things wont cost the club anything but would no doubt boost interest from further afield.
Can You Sign Our Legendary ⭐ Indian 🇮🇳 Football Defender @sandesh21jhingan @1kettl it will improve our football culture.
With tremendous respect to everyone working hard for the club, is the 'four man short list' account a plausible explanation for a one year recruitment process – it sounds like something which played out over a few weeks. Well clearly need willing leadership, and need to get it right.
Honest and to the point. We as fans don't often see or hear the problems of running a football club. When times are bad, we need to get behind the team even more.
