He owned Hal of ashbrooke and east Herrington in his home town city he must have a huge personal wealth
Yes he made huge mistake going to Saudi but he must stand up and be accounted for he still must have 50 in the bank and another 30 or 40 in property

I hope they force him to honour his contract. Players have too much power and British clubs always give in. Perhaps a filthy rich nation is the only one who will be happy to enforce a contract.

Football is garbage nowadays. I never thought I'd ever turn my back on it. I've adored it as a sport all my life and used to plan my life around watching big games. I still enjoy playing it as a sport but I haven't sat down and watched a game this season. I honestly haven't missed it. It's trash.

100% agree. It was obviously a daft idea from the start & for all the wrong reasons too. He sacrificed everything for money & then tried to create a ridiculous fantasy to try & justify it to himself which was so hollow & transparent it was laughable & emabarassing. He's made his bed.

Before we get all hypocritical , Jurgen Klopp told Henderson he was no longer a starter and he could look elsewhere…so he went there …
It was clearly a decision made in angry impulse, which is a quality Henderson has always relied upon too much. Also, he was arguably far too attached to Klopp as a replacement father figure, setting him up for abandonment/rejection wounds when Klopp had to stop favouring him. All a sad, ugly mess of emotional fever and misunderstanding.
What a non story, premier league players are scared to reject support for woke projects, because they will be singled out and attacked.
Typical football fans aren't ready to know why all this really happened. Ā£7m in back taxes is a lot, and humble pie tastes awful, but sometimes people put aside ego for love (or, what they think is love). Hendo acted rashly and foolishly, but who among us hasn't been a fool for someone. Good luck, Jords, let's see if you get your angel back. And if you do, perhaps a certain bubbly pretty #10 isn't going to keep having a hard season, after allš¤«š¤

Itās a shame that poor Jordan Henderson couldnāt secure āgenerational wealthā for his family on a measly Ā£100-200k/week at Liverpool for several years. I mean the poor guys only made tens of millions every year for basically a decade, how is he meant to get by on just that?
Anyone that is sympathetic to players like Henderson needs their head checked.
Morals aside: my tier 6 non-league hometown side (in the Vanarama Conference) could really use a Skipper and an old head. At the moment we've got our pushing-40 year old assistant coach in midfield, it's not ideal. We can't pay Hendo more than a few hundred quid p.w., but he won't have to pay tax, can even call it charity outreach in the community and claim back on it.

As a Liverpool supporter, I lost all respect for Henderson when he jumped to the Saudi league. Letās all be honest, the footballers like the golfers who have gotten into bed with the Saudiās only care about the money. Theyāve snubbed their noses at their respective sports and supporters.

Henderson was going to the saudi leagues with not much left..and hes a defensive central midfielder.. not a glamourous position.. he spent a large portion of his career passing it to other people who knew what to do with the ball.. I feel bad for henderson if hes lost his england spot because of this move to join- presumably, his friend, gerrard.. who has sank him. thats brutal. neither is coming back from this now.
