He is a fantastic professional who you can see drives the standards. He has been immense this season and has all of the attributes that you love to see in a Pompey player. Would love nothing more than to see him with a medal round his neck at the end of the season and that promotion under his belt.

If there's a player in the last couple seasons I've been most critical of, it Joe. Simply because I know he has the ability to be one of the best players in the league by a mile, I still don't think he's fully unlocked what he has to offer but this season so far has been his best showing yet the way him and Marlon run the midfield is top class here's hoping for it to continue all the way to championship PUP
