With the goalkeeper situation at the City Ground currently being very uncertain, there are rumours today that new boss Nuno wants to reunite with an old flame and bring Jose Sa to Nottingham Forest.
With Matt Turner having a shaky performance against Manchester United last time out and fellow summer signing Vlachodimos failing to impress also, Forest seem to keen to dip into the market for a new goalkeeper. Current Wolves number one Jose Sa is top of Nuno wish list having previously worked with the Portuguese stopper.
In other news Emmanuel Dennis looks like he wont be returning to the City Ground anytime soon, as it seems he might be heading up to Scotland to join Rangers. Dennis who is currently on loan in Turkey has failed to impress there and it seems Nuno has no interest in bringing him back to Forest, but is this the right decision or would you like to see Dennis in a Forest shirt again?

Jose Sa never played under Nuno at Wolves. Rui Patricio was the goalkeeper under Nuno.

I would like to see Jose Sa, but in reality we need 2-3 quality players and I think a CB, Winger and Striker of high quality should be our target.
Turner is a good goalkeeper but perhaps if players stop passing him the ball expecting him to kick it.
Odysseas is an excellent keeper who should be given game time

Can't agree about Dennis, he's the kid in the school team who keeps dribbling and doesn't pass to anyone. Constantly losing the ball last season and cost us a couple of goals by doing it in his own half, thats why Coops dropped him. How many clubs came in for him in the last window ?? exactly. Get rid

Dennis just looks like he has a bit of an attitude to me – perhaps the right manager would get the best of him but unsure. Had some purple patches but overall his career is not all too impressive. He’s not done anything in Turkey either which is a much easier league to shine in. Can’t forget some of his performance early last season too, I remember him either not passing at all, passing out of play and at one point, just passing to a United midfielder when he ran out of space.

My sense is that Nuno will take a more of a 'hands on' approach with the broader management of the Club which would be a good thing. Cooper seemed to let himself be bossed around with a detached attitude and responded by not playing players he didn't bring in himself. I hope Nuno does involve himself more broadly clearly many of the current mob are out of their depth. Thanks to Nuno I am now optimistic.
