  2. Fatigue! Nonsense… Professional athletes fit young, strong…. Excuse, tired… When really we were rubbish…
No bottle away from home…. Simple… Dubravka no confidence…conceded 7 in two games…

  3. Injury's taking their toll but we still have what it takes to get results I expected a tough game but we can still stay up near the top and give the young lads a chance to play they have what it takes.

  4. i’m not hating on him but just don’t understand him sometimes he’s got a lad lewis hall who we are paying 35mill for and he doesn’t trust him you could see players were wrecked and he still didn’t out him on until 80th min! just odd

  5. Take it easy everybody we are very thin & tired, it will come back don’t worry. Just take a deep breath until January. Believe 🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍💪🏼😀

  6. Eddie you play the same 11 every game .
You loose the game because of your right back at Everton and today you repeat the same mistake. Ange see's it puts Son wide and changes his number 9 and you are done.
You keep playing the same system 4 3 3 and loose the midfield in both games and can't figure out a new formation man
Put in the kids and loose man
Terrible management and now let's see what you going to do against AC Milan in the most important game of the season ?

  7. It’s our physicality that wins us games, not our technical ability and that’s showing more than ever. I know some fans will find this sacrilege but I actually want us out of Europe this season, so we can just build the squad back up and concentrate on our league form. Not to mention player upgrades in the transfer market.

  8. The gloryhunters are back I see starting the hate. He is not on borrowed time. The injuries we have had are unprecedented. We may have Hall on the bench and we can sit here on our armchairs and say he should be replacing Tripps but there must be a solid reason why he doesn't start. He has been starting Miley so its nothing to do with age. Maybe he is just not ready yet

  9. I've got a feeling, for better or worse, Jose Murinho is destined to be the next Newcastle manager. He has an affinity with the club through Sir Bobby Robson and history has a strange way of repeating.
I love Eddie but something has gone badly wrong. I've a feeling his training methods have put too much strain on the squad. Yes, we are super fit and able to press for 90mins but the injuries are showing a different story.
Look at Villa. They are a year behind us and in exactly the same form as we were last season but with less spending power and a manager that was our first choice. We missed out on Maddison and got Barnes, we bought a pup in Tonali and Isak is not a striker. He's a superb player but not a number 9.
I hope I'm wrong and Eddie wins something this season but if he doesn't then Jose will become our next manager sooner rather than later.

  10. Fking hell this comments section is depressing. So many self-entitled plastic fans. Same people who probably wanted a statue for Howe after the Psg, arsenal, chelsea or man utd games..

    Embarrassing

  11. Disgusting performances. Perhaps looking back at the summer window and not strengthening the team has once again – 15 years running – undone us. Jan is going to be pivotal. Top 10 finish at risk now, as top 4 and top 6 out of the window.

  12. I’ll support the toon whatever. Injuries are part of the game and that’s the defining fact in are downturn we will get players back in time and get back to what we were doing as long as we’re there at the end of the season to make a final push we’ll be fine up the toon.
