  1. It's interesting that they all have chosen black sporting heros growing up in the UK, especially a Yorkshire lad choosing an American basketball player. I bet any Arsenal fan of his age would choose Henry regardless of their skin colour. I feel like this sort of thing only pushes segregation and racial divides, if he said Mark Viduka would they have made him pick again?

  2. As much as I roll my eyes at "when is white history month", I also roll my eyes at the response "every month". It isn't, is it? Sky Sports never have a white player on to talk about white heroes and people would freak out if they did.

  3. Can't believe I am reading so many dense replies under this video. The importance of black history month lies with how euro-centric and colonial our history is. YES obviously teaching it for more than just a month is important but judging from all the ignorance I've just been reading I would say it is pretty important… Questioning someones race because you have a pre conceived idea of 'blackness' only emphasises why education is important. Rather than being unnecessarily critical, open your mind…

  4. He’s “quarter Jamaican”.. So I’m assuming his grandad is black?? My sons great grandad is black, his grandads brother is black.. Is my son black? 🤔

  5. Just pure, unabashed racism. It won’t age well, and that’s a fact. Im just waiting for the day this stuff is more widely mocked and ridiculed for the backwardness it is. Then we will have truly progressed.
