English media can cry for their own all they want but Raya is better than Ramsdale no silly goals in every first 10 minutes before we settle in a match, Arteta wanted someone who takes more risk with the ball at his feet n Raya is that and more. If I where Ramsdale I’d get onto my agent and get my out so i could play as No.1 keeper for ano top flight EPL and or European Club. Arteta is doing a Pep re: outing like Joe Hart….it’s a set up.
Raya's playing regularly so hes found his feet. Ramsdale made mistakes dont all keepers but at the same token he made some great saves, which people seem to forget when something new comes along. We finished 2nd last season and got into Europe and Aaron played his part in that. What let us down at the end of last season was injuries at the wrong time. Sabila for one and Saka's sudden lack of energy and goals, Arteta can take some responsibility for that making him played every game and then went off to the world cup and lost his rhythm, but some how it was Aaron who let us down with his mistakes.
