World class players, or even great players, PLAY GREAT and put in good to great performances (even when they are not scoring or assisting), when Rashford is not scoring or assisting his performances are generally poor, season after season. Even when he scores, his all round play is often below average. Rashford is a good player sometimes, and a poor player most of the times

Look, Utd fans all love rashford as a player and as a person, many utd fans will tell you he never was and never will be world class. A great squad player and starter in most games if he has his head on right and his game in gear. People seem to forget what the words world class means, can you compare Rashford to Rooney, Ronaldo, Giggs, Hazard, Robben, Ribery, Bale to name a few great wingers. Nobody can, and those were all very special players putting in a shift consistently for years regardless of their off the field dramas and issues, when they put on that shirt for their respective teams, it was head down and bleed on the pitch for your team. Now we praise average players for a decent season once in a blue moon and give them the keys to the city + 350k a week. for what? For being a good kid from the youth? for his charity work? No fan cares all about that, all we want is good consistent performances on the pitch, we want passion and drive and consistency. Rashford is many great things, but he was never a consistently good player. He is not world-class.
