I don’t think Germany’s bad form is gonna continue for very long. Their U-17s just won both the Euros and World Cup and who knows, maybe the momentum from those triumphs would carry into their senior team. And I wouldn’t say Switzerland is weak given how well they did in last year’s World Cup, but I don’t think they would finish above 3rd in their group because Hungary is too good
But Croatia isn't old at all… I am under impression that many people say this just because of Luka Modric age. Croatia has 5 players who are above 30 years old, and ones who can be considered old is Modric(37) and Vida(34) who hardly even plays anymore. Other 3 are 31,32 years old. Thats not old players, more like experienced. For example Italy also has 5 players above 30 years old in their squad, but noone calls them old or aging team.
I can’t actually see Germany topping their group tbh. I can see Hungary doing it. And I think this argument of ‘they always turn up when it’s a tournament’ is kind of rubbish now because in the last three tournaments they’ve gone out super early. It’s like how people continue to say Maguire doesn’t let England down but in recent games has made silly and dangerous mistakes.
I can see Albania doing something against Italy and maybe finishing third. And I believe if Ukraine qualify they’ll finish second. But other than all that I agree.

Things I should notice about your predictions:
1.While Germany has a big percentage to win the group, I don't think they will achieve it, as long as this team continued its dreadful results. Nagelsmann is such an underrated coach. Of course, the absence of good strikers after Klose's retirement is a major problem for this team.
2.Italy should be either 1st or 2nd. They must never be underestimated, despite of its poor form in Euro 2024 qualifiers, which included a double defeat to England in a Euro 2020 Final rematch. With Chiesa returning his usual form after a long battle with ACL injury the last year, it might be exciting to see this team making some surprises, plus the fact they still have Donnarumma in keeper, who won the Euro 2020 POTY.
3.Serbia will realistically finish last. Even though some key players enjoyed a big success with the clubs, like Tadic, Vlahovic, and Mitrovic, this team is still in poor state. They didn't even beat Hungary twice (defeats) and struggled to beat the worst Bulgarian side at home. In theory, there is absolutely no chance they will progress to the knockout stages. Second place should be Denmark because you know what happened on Euro 2020.
4.In Group E, you said that Playoff Winner B will finish 3rd. If Ukraine took this spot, they will finish 2nd ahead of Romania and had a chance to repeat the quarterfinal run of Euro 2020.
