  1. If not for Cole palmer on field sterling should have pocketed two goals like Halland too… To me, halland first goal was a fluke penalty… He only positioned himself for the second.. Though he is a good striker, but Halland was off against Chelsea… My opinion…

  2. Sterling also brought Tottenham to capitulation with the media talking of Tottenham playing with 9 men as if that is how they started the game, but not saying how they got there. Sterling first reduced them to 10 men when dribbling in the box and the Tottenham player in a panic tackled Sterling, only to lose control of the ball in the danger area and then foul a player in the box when in a panic to keep it. And then he reduced them to 9 men when they fouled him directly unable to reach the ball before he did. He was involved in both the sending of incidents of play, before breaking through the Tottenham defense and providing the assist, instead of going for personal glory, to put Chelsea ahead, and so leading by example where his young team mates had been struggling to make opportunities result in goals through inexperience.
