Two second half strikes from Dominic Solanke condemned Newcastle United to a 2-0 defeat at Bournemouth on Saturday evening. Solanke blasted home on 60 minutes to open the scoring before doubling his tally 13 minutes later to earn the points for Bournemouth, who could have scored more against a depleted United side.

Tripper is a great player, one of the best we have had in a long time but he is so out of form it is astonishing. His free kicks have begun to actually cost us goals, his passing and awareness is so bad lately i can't believe he is on the pitch. Standards have been slipping to the point i could of sworn i was watching Steve Bruce's football. Everyone is waiting for someone else to be the person that will do something. This is a side to football I really don’t like to see. Fortunately the vast majority of fans respect the players at all times. We’ve had so many games, so many injuries. Ok it wasn’t the best performance but as a fan you’ve got to suck it up and see it in context.

We have a less than bare bones squad and could loose more from what I saw yesterday with Miggy and Longy, NO team in the prem could survive an injury list like ours and still give a fully fit opposition a game. Fingers crossed we get some bodies back when the break is over, miss the good old days when you could make signings at any time, bet if this was happening at any of the cartel clubs there'd be some change in the transfer rules.
I've not seen a worse performance from any team this season .Any team would have beaten us today .After five minutes it was looking grim .It was a miracle we were not two down by half time .I hoped we would start the second half with more energy and less mistakes ,but no we were worse ,lethargic and destined to lose . Relegation form .

This is what happens when you ride your luck with a small squad, and I’m sorry but they aren’t getting any more “but look where we were 3years ago out of me” simply not good enough out of a club that’s supposed to be moving forward.
