Footballing reasons aside, seeing the fans reaction to Conor in other videos also especially, and, the focus of the camera on him in particular (Sterling apart) gives me the hunch that he' will be projected as the 'Brad Pitt' of the squad to attract a certain segment of fans.

Sterling shall teach thi lads how to upgrade to next level ……. he will show you how to run , stop , better positioning to receive pass …….
All this while it was just mindless aimless runs …… boring ……stuck at level 2 of 3 …….
Sterling will influence the whole team …..to upgrade and play smarter ….. more creative football …… i even foresee werner will learn how to be calmer ….. stop pressuring himelf unnecessarily …..and play much better , score more goals like a proper striker again ….with sterling inclusion……
People dont see this but one star player will influence a lot his teammates around him …..will even change their style of play …..style of thinking…….
Thats what been missing since hazard left ……and sterling is the perfect star to fill in that responsibility ……
I also think RLC can be a monster if converted to central forward …..if we cannot get one from the transfer market ……
