I think he was wasteful in many ways, like he really did prefer a flashy play over an effective one a lot of the time. His stats aren't that great.
But that's exactly what I miss about him. Maybe it's stupid but I really enjoyed watching these sick risky moves, even if they ended up in a bad pass or losing possession or whatever.
To me, his magic was in part in the absurdness of coming up with something crazy and then just going for it, no matter the stakes.
