  1. Mason mount was a waste of money doesn't do enough ion the pitch to justify his transfer fee and giving him The iconic number 7 its all messed up.

  2. He wanted Mount at Ajax when he saw him while he was on loan at Vitesse from Chelsea. He made a bid and Chelsea declined.

He obviously jumped on the opportunity when Chelsea made him available and thought he could fit him in somewhere

  3. I think your spot on with what you have said, Mason is a great player, Was he the right player for utd?
The club is still stuck in the fergie days, we had a manager who was a piece of the furniture so giving him control of transfers made sense. In this era tho, managers come and go very quickly, So a sporting director is needed to get the right people in that plays the utd way. Instead of having 7 or 8 different players in your squad that have been bought by previous managers that suited there style of play rather than the clubs style.

  4. I presume he's to replace Ericsson Adam mate when his legs have finally gone ,as he looks like he's got them on backwards now the speed he runs 😂

  5. Mason mount should never of been talked about to utd never mind over pay for him & give him the no7. When he plays I forget he's there half the time, he does nothing for us. Might as well of give mctominay the no7 that's how ridiculous it is. Great channel mate 👍

  6. I think Mount, and Onana, was part of a bigger transfer picture that didn't materialise because we didn't bring in the other players we needed. Mostly because we can't offload players we don't need correctly.

  7. Our obsession with Bruno as a 10 baffles me Adam, we dont score enough goals, how about playing 2 strikers, one dropped into the 10 role, our even change the system as it's not working. City won the last 2 leagues without a 10.

  8. Ten Hag is clueless when it comes to players. He used to a club that produces talent not having talent. And this is a Big club not a youth developing club. Haven’t been that for a long time. Ten Hag doesn’t fit united. He would be a good dortmund manager

  9. Its not mount's fault its the fault of the clowns who keep buying theses bang average players the proof of that is anthony obviously no due diligence was done there to give some understanding to all of this is utd just can't attract the top players anymore

  10. My thoughts were, always that erikssen wouldnt last much longer and he wanted mount while he was available .A good chunk was supposed to come back from the sale of sancho.I think that was what sancho meant when he said"reasons i cant say"-in other words i,ve figured you out boss…

  11. i think ten hag wanted mount to replace eriksen's position over the course of the season, but it looks like that plan has gone out of the window now

  12. Mount never had two starts consecutively! Yet Antony who failed game on game kept getting opportunities!
Needs to start more games, simple as, otherwise wtf was the point!

  13. This was a great analysis. And you've hit the nail on its head here. All our woes ( excluding the Glazers leeching off the club) can be found in our recruitment policy and Mount exemplifies this problem. Not only that but we pay well over the odds un transfer fees and give huge contracts. It's slowly killing this once great club.

  14. It sort of like how we bought Van Der Beek without any idea how we were gonna use him, and especially considering how our team style or lack of doesn’t help

  15. I originally thought Mount was brought in as an upgrade to Eriksen but the more I think about it perhaps he was a long term Bruno replacement – either way the pressure is “mounting” literally – wasted money and time when the priority was striker(s) has our incompetent Board’s fingerprints written all over it – big up Adam 👍

  16. Mount is a champion league winner, better than all man united players, same can be said about VDB except he didnt win CL. 10hag is a joke manager, the idiot fans of the toxic clubs don’t appreciate talents thats why they always die in that graveyard.

  17. Never a fan of mount and antony has been a disaster….. almost 150 m?… sorry, but not giving ETH a pass on these weak transfers… better alternatives……

  18. Mount signing isn't the issue, Ten Hag confusion is, but the real question is, is TH building a squad that can win the EPL title, emphatically N0.

  19. You know what. Nobody seem to pick up on this, and it baffles me. EtH doesn't play 4231. He plays with two CAM's. And one holding. So his idea was most likely Casemiro-Mount-Bruno. Now, you could call that insane, because that leaves the midfield wide open on counters, as we have seen. I love EtH, but what worked in Eiredivise may not word in the Prem. And maybe he will figure that out, or will be gone. But that was the plan, I am sure.

  20. If you need to change a complete team you have to start somewhere. This is not done in one transfer window, especially not at this clown club. Mount and Onana were available and they are needed for the new team, but as everybody obviously knows, other targets like Kim minjae, were squandered.
Mount is not the issue, the other targets that were squandered, that is the issue. It will take too long, too many transfer windows, to fix this team.
If you don't have the patience, if you're not willing to take the pain now, then you'll never get out of this situation.
Let's hope the changes in higher management speed things up a bit and the next transfer windows will be managed well
