How big will Frenkie's impact be upon his return? 🧐
his return alone wont solve all our problems magically but yes its gonna improve us no doubt about it… xavi has to make some tactical changes aswell because we look clueless out there
Frenkie is one of our most important players and yes he controls everything when he plays… we really need him but his return will just stabilize the team but wont fix our lack of agression with and without the ball everyone except gavi araujo gundo inigo raphinha plays like they didnt want to be here… that FDJ cannot solve
Dejong is the oil that runs the engine in the team.. people fail to see the problem we have is the pivot position and with the return of frenkie we would have that and our defenders will play with less fear and more confidence. Just like Messi was dejong is our engine house.. it might take him sometime to get back to full fitness but I personally see the team playing with more direction and identity from the back to front…
Frenkie has been our best player since Messi left and now without Busquets he's the one controling the tempo and being that link between defense and attack. It's no wonder Romeu suffers without him in the team. It doesn't matter where he plays, Frenkie has been our pivot this season and it's undeniable that we'll suffer without him in the team. He is our MVP because of what he brings. Alongside Gavi and Pedri he'll boss any midfield we come up against. Just look at him when he's up against top midfielders like Modric and Kroos. It's clear that he mostly goes under the radar but you can see his input clearly when he's not on the field

Busquest and Dembele's exit has also affected the balance the team had in positional play and creativity down the wings

When pedri got injured Barca still managed to put in some good performances, but ever since fdj got injured, Barca has gotten so much worse. I think the best performance since was the first half against RMD. Xabi needs to solve this Frenkie De-pendencia Barca is experiencing.

De Jong is different from these players bcz De Jong is a link up player he knows who and whom is running or coming for a ball
It will take few games /time for the injured players to make an impact on the team's game. Becos they ve been out for a while. They all need to up their confidence

I just want to say that the main problem is xavis structural issue. We have quality players but no structure and only moving ball from left to right.

No doubt Frenkie is important for us but we haven’t had any plan with him either. So Xavi still has to develop a style of play instead just relying on individuals
no excuses, we shouldn’t look lost all because of 1-2 players are gone we should play good regardless, we have too many good players to be playing the way we do
I think we need to stop enough excuses on saying which player will impact the team. Injuries have long pass us. We should develop the team as a whole.

We need a prober Ball playing cdm. The absence of busi is why we are struggling. Yes it was time for busi to play elsewhere since he became slow, but we never replace him, which should be our priority this summer. I dont see us playing fantastic football before we get someone world class as our cdm.

Last season almost everyone were de jong out now he is “this teams savior”. The Barca fanbase is too reactionary Sometimes and it gets annoying. Im not talking about Jamie btw. I Think Barca need a world class cdm to be fantastic again.
Frenkie cannot be the only reason the players have forgotten how to use their feet.

Why do people keep saying its Frenkie or Pedri who we’re missing? Thats not the problem at all. You really think a player like gundogan cant replace those 2 without hurting te team? The problem obviously is us having no number 6 besides Romeu. Thats why gundogan plays at 6, and probably frenkie will take that position when he comes back.
If we had a player like zubimendi, enzo, rodri etc Frenkie and Gundo could play more freely, going forward, without constant needing to track back and play static in front of the defense. Does anyone else notice gundogan gets way, way better during the last 20 minutes of a game? Thats when he can take more risks, because we are always losing and in need to score a goal.
Besides that i really do think we’re lacking a pacey winger. Someone like Dembele, who we sold and now we dont have a player with that profile. Which costs us being more unpredictable.

The problem with Barca for me isn’t injuries or tactics but intensity and determination. We need every player to show character and passion on the field. The problem with Barca is every team we play seem to want the ball more than us. We don’t press quick enough and we definitely don’t move the ball forward enough. And the coaching stuff is to be blame for all this problems. For me they must set a higher standard for the club otherwise it will be the same as always

Gundo can play more advanced when Frenkie comes. That's a big plus. We lack creativity upfront also.
We should not be relying so much on someone who is just coming back from injury
De Jong runs the midfield for sure but we should be winning everything even without him. He adds a ton but there should be players stepping up in his absence.

Midfield is one thing, but what about the wingers? Xavi wanted Raph for 65M, and he played great football in the PL. Other top clubs were interested too. But he didn't improve or count on him, and now he is low on confidence and overshadowed by a teenager.
