Rules are Rules.. If Shakib wanted to take back the appeal, it would be an example of sportsmanship. He didn't take back but it doesn't mean that he had to take back. He did what he has thought. Nobody can't blame Shakib for this. He didn't do anything against rules.

Every one is talking about sportmenship first of all Bangladeshi team doesn’t have any kind of sportsmanship at all. Secondly the timeout rule can’t be apply on a batter who has already took guard on the crease. He didn’t came out 2 mins late from dressing room. This is umpires fault to give Angelo out. According to ICC rule the next batsman should accupy the crease after 2 min and Angelo was on the crease way before 2 min just his helmet strip broke when he was trying to tight it. Poor umpiring and poor cricket from Bangladesh
