      Marcelo might be the best left back in the world, but Jordi Alba has probably been the best one this season. Jordi has certainly had his best campaign of his career, with plenty of amazing plays, assists and goals. A player who used to get a lot of stick has silenced his haters and have become one of Barca’s most crucial players, after enjoying the left flank without the ball hogging Neymar.

      I think Jordi is much more talented than Marcelo. And there’s no other player who knows Messi’s idea in attacking situation than him.

      Marcelo has better shooting and better dribbling, at everything else Jordi Alba is better, speed, acceleration, stamina, teamplaying, defense, interceptions, being everywhere to save the game defensively and offensively, better passing, vision, only their crossing is at the same level. Marcelo is really really good but Jordi Alba is just better. I think they are both the bests for their positions and for their teams in particular.
