Fans in other leagues regularly give the team a dressing down when they perform badly. The whole squad has to stand next to the stands, shut up and listen. Feel like it would do some of these lads well.

One fan yes, who was in the heat of the moment, as the fact he's come out and apologized makes that clear. Even if I do think if you look around, you'll find way more entitled idiots within our fanbase, who honestly forget where we came from. But it's amazing how it's still being talked about like this lol.
Unfortunately we know we have a small group of toxic fans that moan about everything, normally it's the fans who don't even go to the games they just sit behind computers looking for things to moan about.
It was literally one fan.
Two things struck me from the game and that is Newcastle have so many injury problems that they were having to put players on that wouldn't even get on Bournemouth's bench and second thing is Bournemouth played really well.
I think Bournemouth have suffered because of the transition to a different manager and playing style but I think as the season goes on it will start paying off. I reckon they'll survive this year and then be quite formidable in the future.
Well said Ally and thanks for a reasoned response. Every club has them but as you say the significant majority of us are still pinching ourselves. I can entirely forgive a performance like this when these players have delivered us to where we want to be competing. It's tough at the top 🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤

The fan and Trippier just blew off some steam after a disappointing loss. They were understandably upset after a defeat. Fair play to both individuals. A bit of honesty never hurt anyone and credit to the fan who apologised after as well. NUFC is heading in the right direction after years in the mud. Good for them! From a Gooner…
