"Every incident is different " read as we have to work out if it will benefit city or not first
i wrote on the highlights that Haaland's first goal should never have stood as he pulls him back creating a catapult effect so the defender has to react to stop himself going backwards and the other player forwards…. but arguing with plastic city supporters as the majority of them are glory hunters that don't understand football is a waste of time as it's like arguing with a toddler
It’s only penalty if it’s Man City, everyone else it’s not.
Love how it’s ignored by everyone that chelsea had 3 players down whilst city just kept playing on
Haaland pulled Cucurella to get in front of him in the first place.
Giving a penalty for a shirt pull without giving a foul for a shirt pull before that doesn’t work does it? Either both are fouls or neither are
They don't have 115 breaches for nothing 💰💰
Far too many super soft penalties given to City. It’s galling as many clubs don’t get the similar incident/decisions go their way.
So united tug an arm and it's a penalty? Haaland does and no pen?
Cucurella just put his hand on harlland waist harlland just fell down no pen
It's not a penalty, Haaland commits the foul first and at that moment Cucurella should react as a defender.
Cucrella is fouled first? Who grabbed the shirt first? Not haaland… haaland ran forward then pull his shirt while cuc was still holding him. It’s a soft pen but it’s stupid dumb defending… it’s not the refs fault he can’t defend.
Cucurella initiates contact first. He never lets go
Ahhh, the weekly “ref was right” segment! Absolutely pointless
The only reason haaland let go was because he got the position he wanted in front of cucurella after pulling him back first! Madness
So this is foul, but Joelinton's isn't against Gabriel last week? 👍
"it's never gonna be overturned" OKAY SO WHY NOT? Stop using "clear & obvious" as a cop out. Stop using "it can't be overturned" as a cop out. Haaland fouls first, therefore it's not a penalty and the wrong decision was made. If VAR "cannot" correct this then it's clearly not fit for purpose.
It's not a foul cause it's city simple as
Don’t ever let anthony taylor ref a chelsea game ever again
Ex City player believes it’s a penalty…who knew 💁🏼♂️💁🏼♂️💁🏼♂️
