By this point the board might he sick & tired of changing managers, unless the form gets really bad he'll probably get the rest of the season.
It might be what's needed allowing him to finish the season, then get rid of underperforming players & see how he starts the season.
It's bad now but things can improve & that includes him maybe tweaking his style.
