Declan Rice left West Ham the right way imo. Compare the way he conducted himself to that of a Paul Ince or Jermain Defoe, for example Who knows, he might still be with us if the club had shown more ambition in the January 2022 transfer window when we were really challenging the big boys. We squandered that opportunity by bringing absolutely no-one in. I honestly think that served as a catalyst for him eventually leaving us for another, bigger club like Arsenal.
