Recruitment, recruitment recruitment. The owners have pumped £1.6B on players, which is more than most clubs. In my opinion their are a multitude of reasons my United are so bad but recruitment is the main one.

Hey Gary, for the Buccaneers, Coaches (Raheem Morris, John Gruden) were constantly thrown under the bus. Talented players (Blount, Penn, etc.) left and become All-Pros at different teams. The Medical department was a joke, even though Tampa General is one of the best hospitals in the WORLD and is 15 minutes away……I wonder what the commonality between the Buccaneers and United is?
